Quick Start Guide for New Competitors
To participate in competitions, follow these steps in order:
- Create an Audio Configuration: Add your audio equipment details using either:
- System Summary: Quick overview with equipment brands and costs
- Advanced System List: Detailed equipment tracking with specific models, install locations, and comprehensive analysis
- Add a Vehicle: Register your vehicle and select the audio configuration you created
- Create Entry: Enter a competition by selecting your vehicle and the event you want to participate in

Welcome to SQSA Competition System
This guide will help you get started with the competition system and understand all the features available to you.
- Configure Audio System: Set up either a System Summary or Advanced System List
- Add Your Vehicle: Go to "My Vehicles" and add details about your competition vehicle
- Browse Events: Check "Upcoming Events" to see available competitions
- Enter Events: Create entries for events you want to participate in
System Summary: Quick setup for basic competitions. Add your main components with costs.
Advanced System List: Detailed setup for serious competitions. Add every component with specifications.
Vehicle Class: Your vehicle class is automatically determined based on your most expensive component group.
- Entry: Register for events through "My Entries"
- Judging: Judges will evaluate your vehicle at the event
- Results: View scores and feedback in "My Judgings"
- Progress: Track your improvement in "Season Statistics"
Competitor Category Guide
Understanding Competitor Categories
Your competitor category determines which judging formats and classes you can enter. Categories reflect your experience level and competition history.
Classes are based on your audio configuration costs.
This allows competitors with similar experience level (Categories) to compete against competitors with similar budgets (classes).
Category Progression
Your category can be updated by administrators based on your competition results and experience. Contact SQSA officials to discuss category changes.
